Two kinds of people teach with us: makers who've spent years on one craft, and natural teachers who are simply good at something and love sharing it. If that's you — either one — we'd like to talk.

We build workshops around the person leading them. The matcha sessions run on a tea master's knowledge; the farming sessions on a grower's. The next formats will come from people like that — and maybe from you, whether you've been at it for twenty years or you've just found the thing you're good at and want to share.

Here's the honest shape of it: this starts with passion, not a paycheck. We develop a format with you, test it on real groups, and when it books, the sessions pay. For some people it grows into steady side income; for others it stays an occasional thing. Both are welcome. We handle the venue, the bookings and the logistics — you bring what you know and the hours it took to learn it.
