Short, because there isn't much to tell.

Who we are

Nanoco Culture Club, a division of Nanoco Ventures, operating in Northern California. You can reach us at cultureclub@nanoco.us.

What we collect

Two things. When you send an enquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, email, organization, and the details of your event. And we measure site traffic with Google Analytics, which records pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you found us. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

What we do with it

We use your enquiry to reply to you and, if things go ahead, to plan your session. We use analytics to see which pages get read and whether enquiries get sent. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (names beginning with _ga) to tell returning visitors from new ones. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, or opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on — the site works identically either way. Your browser also stores a small local flag that remembers you dismissed the notice bar; it never leaves your device.

Where your enquiry goes

The enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Your message passes through their servers in transit, subject to their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence. If you'd like yours deleted, email us and we'll do it.

Your rights

If you're in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to ask for its deletion. For anyone, anywhere: email cultureclub@nanoco.us and we'll show you what we have or delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
