Who we are

Nanoco Culture Club, a Nanoco Ventures company, operating in Northern California. You can reach us at cultureclub@nanoco.us.

What we collect

Two things. When you send an enquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, email, organization, and the details of your event. And we count site visits with Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal information; we see aggregate numbers, never individuals.

What we do with it

We use your enquiry to reply to you and, if things go ahead, to plan your session. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. Your browser stores two small local flags at most: one that remembers you dismissed the notice bar, and one that remembers a preview password during development. Neither leaves your device.

Where your enquiry goes

The enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Your message passes through their servers in transit, subject to their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence. If you'd like yours deleted, email us and we'll do it.

Your rights

If you're in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to ask for its deletion. For anyone, anywhere: email cultureclub@nanoco.us and we'll show you what we have or delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
